Workshops

I have taught Art and Photography at secondary level for 31 years. I am experienced in teaching GCSE, BTEC and A Level. I can work with a wide range of materials, processes and techniques such as painting, mixed media-work, ceramics, printmaking, digital media, photography. I believe there is creativity in all of us, and I really enjoy the opportunity to draw out and nurture those skills. At whatever level you are I will aim to develop your skills, enjoyment and self belief.

As I retire from my teaching position to focus more on my own art practice, I will be running some workshops. These will develop over time, so watch this space. If you have any questions or suggestions please get in touch.

A loosely structured course exploring a range of drawing and painting techniques in order to develop your skills and confidence. I will work with you to develop your strengths and adapt to your needs and interests.

During the summer months I am considering running some drawing trips into the landscape locally in Cheshire.
